
Loh Medical Names First Female CEO in Historic Leadership Transition
Loh Medical proudly announces an organizational restructuring that positions the company for continued success in a rapidly changing industry. Effective January 1, 2025, Nadia Richez assumes the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO)—making her the first female CEO in Loh Medical’s 23 year history. Alongside this appointment, Álvaro Ramírez steps into the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), reinforcing the company’s commitment to strategic growth.
Nadia was unanimously appointed as CEO by its Board of Directors. Prior to this role Nadia served 2 years as Marketing Director and 6 years as General Manager of Loh Medical’s headquarters. Before joining Loh Medical she spent a total of 10 years at Morgan Stanley in Manhattan in their Fixed Income Sales division. She also spent 2 years at Burberry Group plc in London in their Finance department. She holds a B.A in Political Science and Spanish from Villanova University.
Álvaro’s transition to CFO solidifies the financial strength of Loh Medical and continues his longstanding dedication to the organization’s well-being. He will apply his extensive financial expertise to reinforce the company’s fiscal health and growth trajectory.
