Lightweight and Stable Foam Base with Low Profile
The incredibly lightweight foam of the X2 keeps the overall mobility system weight low for active clients, while its 2.25" profile does not compromise seat-to-floor height. Its flat base allows the client to sit comfortably at the front of the cushion during daily tasks and activities. A notch at the back of the cushion reduces pressure on the tailbone. Removable 1" lateral thigh supports provide additional positioning.
JAY Flow® Fluid Insert
The X2 wheelchair seat features a small JAY Flow Fluid insert that conforms to each individual’s shape and ensures proper fluid placement beneath bony prominences to help protect the skin from injuries. Its maintenance-free design delivers superior results throughout the cushion's lifespan.
Innovative Dual-Cover System
For added comfort and protection, the JAY X2 features a dual-cover system. The inner cover is waterproof, easy to remove, and clean, while the Aqua-guard zipper and anti-wicking thread protect the foam base from liquids. The machine-washable, stretchable outer cover reduces surface tension, and its zipper closure ensures a secure fit.
