3-in-1 Standing Frame: Prone, Supine, and Upright Standing
Designed for complex standing positions, Horizon is a truly versatile electric standing frame as it offers 3 functions in one product: Prone, Supine, and Upright Standing.
Its robustness, modularity, and adjustments provide optimal support for lower limb asymmetries, spinal deformities, and users with high tone.
The tilt angle in supine or prone can be adjusted from 0° to 90° via the control handset. The option to place the standing frame in a completely horizontal position makes transfers easier.

The HORIZON electric standing frame by Leckey can be easily customized to meet each user’s specific needs and therapy goals.
The flexible lateral trunk supports provide appropriate support, whether in prone, supine, or upright standing, while the pelvic belt keeps the pelvis in a safe and stable position.
The knee supports can be adjusted to accommodate or correct knee flexion, and the standard footrests are adjustable for plantar and dorsal flexion, with a swing-away option to ease transfers.
Independence and optimal function
Horizon promotes independence with a range of optional extras, including an activity bar and support bars that encourage interactive activities with family and peers.
The optional tray with grab bar can be used to support daily activities while the user is standing. Its angle adjustment allows independent use regardless of the chassis tilt angle.
