MyWay Pedal
The MyWay Pedal is a revolutionary option for the MyWay+ that provides elliptical motion in standing. Unlike cycling which encourages a flexed, seated position, pedaling in an upright and weight-bearing position targets and strengthens anti-gravity muscles (calf, quadriceps, and gluteals).
Optional Ankle Guides
The optional ankle guides are designed to help separate the child’s legs to control scissoring gait. MyWay+ ankle guide rails are flexible, giving children more comfort during use and installation. The guides can be positioned at the ankle or adjusted slightly higher on the calf, depending on individual needs.
New and Improved Adult Handles
The new, easy-to-adjust adult handles are height-adjustable to suit a variety of caregiver heights. They allow a caregiver to guide the child through small spaces and encourage early steps or first pedaling attempts to become meaningful movements.
Newly Developed Wheels
The newly developed indoor/outdoor wheels from MyWay+ allow children to be active in many different environments. These multifunctional wheels feature brake, directional lock, anti-rollback, and resistance settings to assist with steering, prevent backward movement, limit speed as needed, and further promote function.
Compatible with MyWay+
The MyWay Pedal is an elliptical trainer that attaches to the MyWay+ size 2 and 3 frame. It is suitable for children classified as GMFCS III–V and can be used as part of a pediatric therapy program—or simply to let them be active and have fun with friends! It engages and strengthens antigravity muscles to help reduce the risk of hip and knee contractures and improve function.
