Base Frame
The two 8" locking side wheels, positioned near the user’s center of gravity, along with the two front and rear wheels, provide excellent maneuverability and stability for the base. The side wheel brakes are foot-operated and assist with transfers and safety. The frame has clearance for a mechanical lift to aid with supine transfers if desired. The unique frame design allows full abduction even when the user’s feet are close to the floor.

Body Support
The body support is a large, padded area that supports the user’s pelvis and trunk, and serves as the foundation for several key straps and lateral supports, with the hip aligned at the “HIP” indicator level on the body support pad.

Height Adjustment
Height adjustment also helps facilitate transfers. When lifting a small child into the supine support, it may be easier to set the body support higher. The column allows for 6" of height adjustment, assisted by a locking gas spring. Users of different sizes can be positioned at an appropriate standing height, either with feet near the floor to be at peer level, or higher to reach a table for activities.

Independent Hip Abduction
With 0–30° of independent abduction for each lower limb. Adjust abduction using the knob located behind the hip. Hip abduction while standing and weight-bearing is critical for hip health.

Tilt Adjustment
The padded body support can tilt 90°, from horizontal to fully vertical. Adjust to the ideal angle for each user. Angle adjustment is controlled by squeezing the caregiver’s dual safety trigger, which releases the locking gas spring. Continuous adjustment locks in any position when the trigger is released.

Growth Option
With options to adjust total height plus individual components, it adapts to growth and a wide range of sizes.
